About the house

LIVING AREAS: downstairs living room with leather couches, a gas fireplace, and a 65” TV/Roku. The upstairs loft boasts a 55” TV/Roku, board games, foosball/table hockey and a play/sleep area for kids. Streaming services are available on each TV for you to log into, and HDMI cables are provided to connect your laptops if necessary—plenty of room for a big family or group of friends to hang out and relax.

BEDROOMS: four huge bedrooms (two on each floor). Each bedroom has a king-size bed, humidifier, room darkening shades, and en-suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, towel warmer, and hair dryer;  body wash/shampoo/conditioner/hand soap/lotion are provided.  Folding desks are available in two rooms so you can work from home. Ample closet space.

KITCHEN/DINING: our family loves to cook, so our kitchen should be perfect if you do too! The kitchen comes fully equipped with brand-new appliances, an induction cooktop, a coffee machine & french press, a toaster oven, and all the dishes, utensils, baking sheets, and cooking supplies you might need. Dining table with 10 seats, and a kitchen island with 4 bar seats.

OUTSIDE: our wraparound deck hosts a sunken hot tub for 7 and is equipped with an infrared heating lamp for colder temperatures. Plenty of chairs to relax on the deck either busking in the sun or cooling in the shade; a picnic table and propane grill are on the back patio.

No children under 6 years old

No children under 12 years old without supervision

No glass or animals

Not for people under the influence or with health problems

The maximum load is 7 people

No soaps or oils

Please turn off all jets, turn the clean cycle, and replace the cover after each use.
